Please hold on to all of your packaging.  Eluktronics packages each order securely in an extra box for the security of your contents.  The manufacturer box for a PC is designed to specifically secure your parts from moving, but the extra box we include adds an extra layer of protection.  In the event of a return or warranty assistance which requires hardware repair, the packaging is required.  If you've disposed of the exterior shipping box another must be utilized.  Our shipping department will decline any package that arrives in just the manufacturer box as it's likelihood of being damaged in transit has increased significantly and we will not be held responsible.


Return Policy: 

You may return any new computer purchased from that is DOA aka "dead on arrival" or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.   After 30 days, the warranty will be your option for assistance.  If you run in to an issue, we'll be happy to resolve any issue you may have, but a return is no longer an option.

Eluktronics Inc. reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.  As indicated above, the original packaging must be included with the return.  If you've disposed of the manufacturer box, a customer fee of 5% of the purchase price will be assessed.

Expedited processing and shipping fees will NOT be refunded in the outcome of ANY return.  Those funds were utilized for the expedition of the order as per your request.  Returned orders which received free shipping, will be refunded less the actual cost of the shipment unless the product is confirmed DOA or within the 72 hour buyer remorse window.

Eluktronics Inc. will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.

Buyer Remorse Return Policy:

Eluktronics products are currently sold online and we understand seeing in person is believing.  In the rare event you receive an Eluktronics laptop and don't feel the system meets your needs, we offer a 72 hour buyer remorse period.  Send an e-mail to with your order information within 72 hours of receipt of your order and we'll provide a prepaid label.  Some important conditions regarding this policy:

  • We ship our products in a total of three boxes to ensure it's safe arrival.  If you're returning the system, the system must be shipped back the same way it arrived to you.
  • If the system has signs of tampering, is damaged or is returned with missing parts, there will be fees associated to your refund to reflect the costs required to refurbish the PC and sell it in such condition.
  • The free economy shipping option must be selected.  Any form of expedited shipping selection will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policy:

Eluktronics Inc. offers shipping to the 50 U.S. States only.  Standard shipping is provided via UPS Ground.  PO Boxes, Alaska & Hawaii shipments will have additional fees assessed as they require delivery via USPS Priority.  The products we sell are intended for sale and distribution within the United States only.  Eluktronics Inc. can only warrant products located in the USA.

IMPORTANT: Products which are exported or are shipped outside the USA will NOT receive any support.  Many brand PC's have their own designated purchasing channel for the respected item.  Reasons include loss or damage during cargo or freight forwarding or possible defect upon arrival.  Additionally, replacement parts are specific to each country.


Delivery Policy:
Eluktronics Inc's liability for delivery shall cease, and all risk of loss or damage shall pass to customer upon delivery to carrier. Eluktronics Inc shall not be liable for any delay or failure to achieve any delivery or other date, all dates being estimates only. Customer may not cancel any order accepted by Eluktronics Inc or defer shipment of an accepted order without Eluktronics Inc's prior written approval.


All orders are subject to verification and processing of our credit department.  If you've selected an expedited shipping option, it will not be utilized until the order has cleared.  If a payment is considered high risk, Eluktronics may cancel the order at our discretion.  Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded on any order.  Those funds are utilized to prioritize and ship your order accordingly.
