PROMETHEUS XVII i7-11800H + RTX 3070 BIOS Update

PROMETHEUS XVII i7-11800H + RTX 3080 BIOS Update

How to perform BIOS update:

1. Download the file specific to your model and graphics hardware (listed at the bottom of this thread). If for some reason you are uncertain of your hardware, this quite possibly may not be the update for you;) However, if you need assistance locating this information please contact support with your order information for validation. This is only designed for Eluktronics laptop models PROMETHEUS XVII with an Intel 11th gen i7-11800H processor.
2. Connect your power supply.
3. Temporarily suspend Bitlocker via OS (if enabled) and temporarily remove any BIOS or SSD passwords.
4. Proceed to perform the flash by unzipping the file anywhere such as your desktop and double clicking on "update".
5. Read through the terms and confirm all Windows prompts with "Yes" if you wish to proceed.
6. The system will perform the flash. After the flash is complete and the progress window has closed automatically, please manually shut down the system. The system can NOT be powered down until this has completed.
7. After powering down the system, turn it back on and wait. This will take a little longer than usual and the system may even reboot a couple times. During this time press and hold F2 until you see the BIOS Setup Menu.
8. Skip the 'load previous defaults' prompt by pressing 'ESC' once or toggling to "No".
9. You should now see your BIOS screen. Press 'F3' to load 'optimized defaults' and confirm with 'ENTER'.
10. Make important changes like 'RAID' (if applicable) to match your previous setup and then proceed to Save and Exit.
